It is the heightened stress in this world that calls me to share my story-perhaps it will encourage others and demonstrate what science knows as truth: The brain and our neurology can change & managing stress can improve, if we learn and apply strategies to rewire, rebuild and improve our capacity

Pamela Kluth has spent a life time managing neurological challenges. Despite of these challenges and in credit to her unique wiring, she managed to excel in a telecommunications career where her achievements include designing technical infrastructures around the world. She single-handily founded and led two successful tech companies as CEO, has served on numerous boards and councils and is a respected speaker and advisor on many topics. The past 20 years has found her serving as a strategic consultant, helping others grow their businesses, employees and their personal wellness with a focus on teaching the skills to manage life's most difficult shifts and stressful situations.
Pamela gives credit for her success to a mother who served much like a brain wellness coach and provided her an amazing tool bag and cultivation of mental skills. Even out of the box strategies, like meditation and lucid dreaming were given at a young age and helped settle her daughter’s brain and strengthen problem solving skills.
For years Pamela thought the secret to reducing stress and tapping into the gifts of the brain was all about having an extensive tool bag and lots of practice. She even credits tools, faith and strategies for healing from a brain injury and for helping her diverse clientele move through life with more ease, more career success and personal joy.
In 2015, Pamela discovered there was much more that can be done to manage emotional, physical and mental stress. It was when a rare neurological problem surfaced and threatened her life that she had to get better than ever at managing the stress and anxiety that was created during a “perfect medical storm” that was taking place within her brain and body. Her well-honed stress skills helped regulate her mental and emotional stress, but it was discovered that even the slightest physical pain would trigger critical life-sustaining functions to malfunction and there was a great deal of pain that needed to be managed, without medication. Until her medical team could find ways to diagnose and manage the storm, Pamela had to take her stress management game to a much higher level.
A 9-month long bed-ridden condition motivated her to take her strategic mind and apply it to the problem. She sought to uncover each and every advantage to mastering physical, neurological and emotional stress in humans and to improve her neurological condition.
Her discoveries led her to better understand why her mother’s tool bag worked. It also revealed that there is much more beyond tools to self-soothe, beyond the strategies to avoid stress triggers, beyond building new neuropathways and beyond the intentional brain hacking she was accustomed to using. Pamela discovered many more sound, diverse, viable and often simple areas of neuro-wellness that when applied, can have a big impact on managing stress better and with more ease.
Pamela will tell you that having a condition or circumstance that triggers intense stress or anxiety does not mean you do less in life, it means: you learn the game well, find the tools that work for you and practice the skills that can prepare you for the toughest challenges. This is when The UnStressed Game (c) is played not just for fun or success, but becomes a game that takes your brain and body to a much higher wellness level. "Learn the game. Train the brain. Lessen the pain." (c)
INTENTIONAL, MINDFUL, SELF-AWARE CARE
My approaches are geared to facilitate better management of all kinds of brain & body stressors. To improve self-regulation (the ability to regulate one's emotions, thoughts, and body to reach goals).
"Happier & healthier nervous systems arise when we intentionally improve physical, environmental, emotional and mental stress. This state of regulated wellness is where clarity, focus and creativity are more easily expressed.
Recognizing stress in ourselves and in those around us is a learned skill that when better understood and managed, can allow an individual or an entire team to co-work, co-play or co-create better together.
The source of my writings, videos and workshops are based on my personal and professional experiences and from the many people I have coached: from corporate executives to the very young and includes a wide spectrum of people with neurological challenges.
