About Pamela

Coach Pamela is a former Tech CEO and telecommunications infrastructure engineer who has spent more than 30 years leading, rebuilding, and optimizing organizations and the people within them.

Today, she works at the intersection of high performance and nervous system health, to strengthen human performance from the inside out, by supporting leaders, corporate teams, and athletes in developing their capacity to stay regulated, focused, and effective under pressure.

Through her experiences as an executive leader, Pamela understands change, and the performance demands in high-stakes environments.

Through All Phase Management Company, she also designs and leads custom retreats and immersive performance workshops, primarily in Arizona and Washington State. These experiences integrate learning, customized stress management strategies, and real-world application to help participants reset, recalibrate, and return to their lives with clearer thinking, stronger habits, and more sustainable performance capacity.

A Whole-System Approach to Human Performance

Pamela’s teachings, workshops, and writings are drawn from more than 30 years of experience working with corporate leaders, executives, teams, and individuals across a wide range of environments. This includes those navigating significant neurological and performance-related challenges.

Her work bridges lived experience, organizational leadership, and human performance science to support more sustainable ways of operating in high-demand environments.

When the system is supported instead of over-stressed, performance becomes a natural outcome, not a forced effort.

Her teaching approach helps individuals and teams better understand and manage the physical, mental, emotional, and environmental stressors that impact how they think, feel, and perform.

At the core of this work is improving self-regulation: The ability to notice, manage, and shift internal states in a way that supports clarity, focus, emotional balance, and effective action.

A regulated nervous system is not just a state of calm. It is a state where clarity, creativity, super-healing, body regulation and sustained performance become more accessible.

A Multi-Dimensional Model of Wellness & Performance

Pamela’s framework integrates three interconnected areas:

The Body

The body is the foundation of regulation and performance.

This includes:

  • supporting      metabolic and nutritional balance thru diet & *supplementation
  • reducing      toxic load and environmental stressors through education
  • improving      physical resilience and recovery capacity through EDU & supplementation
  • understanding      the connection between physiology, neuro chemicals, and cognitive performance

(Pamela sells no supplementation or receives stipends.  That would be a conflict of interest!)

A stronger, more supported body reduces unnecessary physical stress signals to the brain and improves overall system stability.

The Brain

This work focuses on:

  • increasing      self-awareness of stress patterns and triggers
  • developing      tools for emotional and cognitive regulation unique to individuals wiring
  • reframing      beliefs that limit performance and growth
  • creating      daily practices that support neuroplastic change

Rewiring is not a concept. It is a developing a habit of awareness and learning how to drive your nervous system, rather than your nervous system driving you.

The Mindset & Inner Framework

This includes:

  • cultivating      skills of reframing tough situations with gratitude and other positive perspectives
  • learning      and developing emotional resilience and adaptability
  • aligning      with values, purpose, and meaning
  • strengthening      internal stability through belief systems that support growth

A grounded internal framework supports consistency under pressure and more ease with life changes and unavoidable stressors

Recognizing Stress/Self-awareness is a Learnable Skill

An important capability in high-performing individuals and teams is the ability to recognize stress, both internally and in others. (Emotional Intelligence)

When this awareness is developed, it becomes possible to:

  • reduce      reactive patterns
  • improve      communication and collaboration
  • increase      emotional and cognitive flexibility
  • perform      more effectively under pressure

This is a foundational skill in both personal growth and high-functioning teams.

The Outcome: Less Strain, More Capacity

When individuals learn how to drive, care for and operate their system more effectively, self-discipline becomes less about effort and more about customized alignment for their uniquely wired vehicle.

Over time:

  • stress      becomes easier to recognize and manage
  • performance      becomes more consistent
  • energy      is used more efficiently
  • clarity      and focus become more available without forcing them

This creates a shift from pushing harder to functioning better.

PRIVATE WORKSHOP & RETREATS

" I had the incredible opportunity of traveling to her beautiful and welcoming facility where I stayed for three days learning, healing and growing as a person while sharing outdoor activities with her and other members of her Wellness Group. As a business owner, I focused on the mechanics of our industry but struggled with the personal dynamics; in particular the energy that I brought into our organization and the relationship between the partners. Emotional intelligence is not just a catch phrase. That skill or lack thereof can truly make or break those relationships both personally and professionally. I wish I had met Pamela sooner and learned these skills at a younger age but am so grateful to have had this opportunity.

Pamela truly has an incredible gift and her vast experience in business and personal relationships is invaluable. I would encourage anyone who has considered the benefit of investing in themselves as an individual, couple, or business owner (or all of the above) to take advantage of this opportunity to grow, learn, heal and reset with Pamela as a coach and mentor. It is truly time well spent and the results can be life changing and professionally lucrative as well. The stress management skills alone could be lifesaving. You owe it to yourself to be the healthiest version of yourself that you can be and All Phase Management is an incredible company run by a truly gifted woman."  WA Executive

"Hi Pamala - Gordy here. I hope this finds you well and thriving. Wanted to finally reach out and say THANK YOU for all of your knowledge and wisdom and support over this year of “mini strokes”. Due to your excellent advice on vitamin supplementation and “finding a purpose” I am now 95% back to my pre-TIA self. Better yet is now that I’m back I’m looking forward to continue to grow and prosper.

Can’t think of the correct words to tell you the depth of my gratitude. May you continue to do your work knowing, if nothing else, you have this man’s deepest Thanks….

Gordy S.

"I attended Pamela's workshop in mid-March at a time when I was experiencing high stress and anxiety that was becoming overwhelming for me.  Pamela's warm and empathetic style immediately creates a trust necessary to open up the lines of communication, and that is where the true work begins. Through powerful conversation, she shared with me coping skills to handle challenging situations. By implementing these skills I can step back from a situation, take a deep breath, gain focus, and prioritize what is truly important and let the "little stuff" go.  The serene beauty of the venue itself is a perfect backdrop for the incredible experience Pamela has created for her clients.” Rod

"Although there are many tools for addressing stress, this was most powerful for me because I was able to see some toxic patterns in my life that I had not noticed before and connect with my source of strength. I returned to my high-stress job with greater trust in myself and was able to manage my staff in a more thoughtful, compassionate way. Miraculously, the conflicts melted away and I found it quite funny to recognize that my internal emotional intensity about these external problems was 90% of the problem! When I shifted my perspective on these situations, not only did the stress disappear but people responded to me better, problems were far less important, and I was able to become excited and energized about my vision for my company.

Progress in my business has accelerated since I let go of my own conflict. The most useful gifts I walked away with was this self-knowledge, confidence and greater clarity about what I wanted. What I want to achieve now seems easier and within my reach. Drawing from my experience with Pamela and using her insights and strategies, my growth in these areas has continued. I am more easily able to find my strength to face hard things."  WA Business owner

“I can attest to Pamela’s humanness and compassion.  It is her life experience that has made her an exceptional guide.  She also has a broad experience base as she has owned her own successful businesses and has worked, for years, as a business strategy consultant.  I have worked with Pamela over the last 13 years, at key transitions in my life, and she has helped me to change my life in ways I never dreamed possible!  I learned to step back and rest in the awareness of what was occurring in my life and to welcome, not only a change in perspective, but also to consider goals and solutions that were not apparent to me. I learned to acknowledge and manage the energy drains, anxiety and fears that typically come with big change but make achievements and successes elusive.  Pamela has helped me to tap into my body’s wisdom and to recognize when to use the numerous tools she has given me.  Her sessions will ground you and allow you to connect with your inner resources!

I lovingly urge you to take that leap!  Pamela has very strong integrity and unwavering passion for helping others. She is uniquely able to distill what you share into valuable, credible insights and she is relentlessly positive, even when helping you to identify and mitigate negative aspects!  You will not only leave your workshop refreshed and revitalized but you will also come away with tools based on your personal strengths, gifts and needs as well as strategies and the next steps necessary to transform your life!”   KP: Occupational Therapist

"I have grown immensely this past year in spite of many personal challenges, and I feel I owe a great deal to the work I have done with Pamela. I am so grateful for the retreat I participated in to start off strong with this process. It was intensive and very time efficient. I believe I covered more ground with Pamela in the 3 days than I had in a decade of counseling. Emotional regulation is a game changer.”  Kelly Smith, Chief Financial Officer

"Pamela not only teaches stress management,  she lives it. She talks the talk and walks the walk. Her life experience and knowledge of managing stress and external triggers, gives her much credibility .  While we play and spend time together, there is teaching and learning going on with lightness and informative information.  Information that can be used to immediately make changes to alleviate stress and anxiety.
Pamela has been a mentor to me since we met 9 years ago, and I still learn so much when we spend time together. Thank you, Pamela.  I have so much gratitude for knowing you."   D.G., retired professional athlete & business owner

****And from our "Younger, future leaders:

"When I first visited with Pamela, I was immediately in awe of the kindness and positivity that seemed to radiate off of her. Pamela has a way of understanding you even before you begin talking to her. During the days spent with her, I experienced a high level of hospitality. No matter how long you’ve known her, Pamela will treat, feed and house you like you are her best friend.
Moving on to the activity side of things, the adventures Pamela sets up for you to enjoy are immaculate. I truly felt like a kid again the whole weekend I spent with her. Whether it was hiking through hills, crystal hunting or horseback riding, each activity healed me in a different way. The days I spent with her helped me to find myself again.

No matter where you are in life, I highly recommend slowing down and indulging in must-needed Pamela time. She is a woman of many talents, wits and stories, and I promise you that you will leave with a pep in your step.
Thank you, Pamela, for guiding me back to myself!"   KS, Entrepreneur, age 22

Excellence. If you are looking for an experience that embodies excellence, this is going to be the experience for you. Pamela is truly one of a kind. You won’t be able to find her techniques, her skills, her professionalism and her level of care anywhere else. I personally was only able to be with Pamela for approximately three days, but that didn’t in any way shape or form limit her ability to fully assess my needs/areas of growth to become my best self and being able to shine light on the tools I possess in order to be to do so.

During this process, Pamela helped me to feel comfortable in the unknown. I have been personally battling with making specific career decisions, and Pamela was able to guide me towards the pros and cons to make the best decision possible for myself moving forward. As you can imagine, this tends to be a stressful process for me. However, Pamela knows exactly how to address stress and manage it. Pamela is able to gauge her clients and make them aware of how stress can be handled properly for each individual based off their strengths and weaknesses. She will tailor everything to you and how you function, so no need to change anything about yourself before you get here because Pamela will meet you where you’re at and help you be the BEST YOU. Get out there as fast as you can; it’s beyond worth it!       MS; Doctor/PT, age 27
