A favorite location. Choose to stay overnight in tents on sections of the Pacific Crest Trail or choose luxury yurts for teams up to 35 or enjoy the comfort of a luxury condo, large house or cabin near the majestic Mt. Rainier!

All events are customized. The 3-day workshops are the most popular and seem to be a perfect mix of work, learn, play and personal growth. Longer stays are also available. Lodging, healthy meals, transportation, activities and education are curated based on the goals of a team or individual.
Examples of Activities
AZ: Bagdad HooDoos! A hike and off-road adventure! Mind-blowing rock formations and heart expanding experiences. The level of hiking difficulty can be customized from easy to moderate. One hour from Workshop location. Multiple off-road vehicles are teamed up for this event!
AZ: Vulture Peak hike: A local hike that can include a 230’ vertical rock scramble challenge. Poppies and Lupines in March & April is a great time of the year to be in the desert, although this hike can be done November thru April This hike is always a great workout for the mind and body. A 6 mile, 1200’ gain trek surrounded with beautiful desert and off-road options.
AZ: Granite Mountain Hot Shots Hike: 7 miles and 1600’ gain is a great workout that also cultivates respect for first responders and fellow team members. Whether a hike or trail run, the groomed trails and backdrop sets the stage for intentionality and mindfulness. This hike is a short drive from the Wickenburg workshop location.

AZ: Picacho Peak: If you consider yourself an athlete, this hike/climb should be on the request for your next visit! A 2-hour drive from WIckenburg is a STELLAR challenge. Per Wikipedia: “Portions of the trails are precarious, and hikers are aided by cables and catwalks. These additions make the routes some of the few via ferrata in the United States.”
This hike is best done in Dec., Jan
AZ: Ship Rock hike and off-road adventure: Located only 30 minutes from our workshop location is a geological wonderland that we like to explore by foot and/or by off road vehicles!
AZ: Kaiser Warm Springs hike is a favorite. A gorgeous canyon with a river, warm springs, wild burro, rock hounding plus a slot canyon.
We can keep this easy or add a a few challenges. An hour drive from the Wickenburg workshop location

WA: Scenic golfing with a casual dress code is available near our Mt Rainier location!
WA: Mt Rainier Hike. 7 miles round trip on a section of the famous Pacific Crest Trail with approx. 900' in elevation climb.
The little pain to maximum gain ratio on this one makes this a popular choice.
WA: Event Center & hikes-The variety of trails available range from easy to difficult so it easy to customize to the level of capacity of an individual or group.
All choices have some of the most stunning mountain scenery. We are able to exclusively reserve lodge- space with stunning views for large teams which help stage learning and team building.
